ANONYMOUS REGULATION AND MORALISM.
This is the straw that broke my camel’s back.

I am a friend of Sharwah K’s. I have many other friends here too. We have all had fun lately, just hanging out and writing fun articles from time to time for the sheer pleasure of doing so. All of us write serious and well written posts. But life is not only “Hard News” and so we thought we had the right to, and we used to, like taking a break sometimes and talking between contributors to this site just for fun. Apparently that is not acceptable any more, so it’s finished as far as I’m concerned.

(Oh, and in case you don’t know who I am, you need to know that my political and other “Current Events” posts have been amongst the most highly rated of all the posts on the whole of this site, so I don’t need ANY lessons about the quality of current events contributions from ANYONE. The same is true of other contributors to this heinous crime of a fun post).

We were just having innocent fun, and so this “Member”, and “Her” comment, has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

So why am I so angry about it?

And why did I write “Her” In inverted commas?

I’ll tell you why.

I am angry because I think that the “Member” called “Rita Vashnida” who “contributed” that comment does NOT exist. I think she is NOT a real Instablogs contributor, but an incognito site moderator or manager (See below, ‘Stars’)..

Why do I think that?

GO SEE!! No articles, no friends, no tracks, no tracking, NOTHING AT ALL ON THE PAGE!. C’mon!!!!!!!

Am I expected to believe that someone who doesn’t contribute anything! Ever! suddenly feels so strongly about that particular post?????? And does not answer answers to what she says???!!!

Listen and get real. The wonderful “Stars” on almost all my articles (30, 40, 50, even 90!! Wow!!!!) are majoritarily given by this kind of anonymous and articleless (nb. new word I just invented) “member” with no friends etc.......) Great! I am pleased about that.

BUT!!!!!!

OK, LET ME SAY THIS LOUD AND CLEAR!!!

THIS IS AN INSTABLOGS POLICY COMMENT, UNLESS SOMEONE CAN DEMONSTRATE OTHERWISE!!!!

These are just a few of the xenophobic, racist and hateful things I have read here with respect to (my) Western culture and origins and spirituality. In fact, those are the quotes of just TWO writers!!! I could have filled an entire page with this type of “opinion”!!!

(I have tried to find corollary Western hatred on this site as a comparison, but there is (almost) none).

I came to this site to build bridges.
But there are no bridges.
There is almost no offered hand here.
There is nothing but the burnt bridges which signify the willfully blind expression of the arrogant and self-accorded superiority which hides the disarray of millions.

That’s ok. No problem. I’m a big boy now and I know when I’m not wanted, so I shall not bother you any more with my blasphemous and worthless Western points of view. I shall leave you alone here so that you can pat each other on the back and say how wonderfully right you are and how worthless and bad we Western Infidels are, and then there shall be no-one left, little by little, (because I am, and shall not be, alone) to annoy you with my ignorance and bigotry, my filth and my Satanic values, my inferiority complex vis-a-vis your Messianic Magnificence.

I didn’t come to this site to see my values vilified. I wanted to talk about what could be done, but apparently all the answers have already been found.

I have even had to suffer the condescending remarks of someone who thinks that my spiritual existence and efforts are worth nothing without a “formal” knowledge of who “god” is!!!!!!

Strange coincidence, but a French friend emailed me this today.

La spiritualité est faite pour ceux qui y sont déjà allés»

In English it means
« Religion exists for those who are afraid to go to hell, and
Spirituality exists for those who have already been there”.

Oops, sorry. We’ve all got it wrong. Oh, well, no-one’s perfect after all.

Finally, (and, ironically, the least/most important thing I wanted to say) this ridiculous “Starring” debate makes me want to vomit. Throw up. Park the Tiger.

I have recently noticed that there is a very well known link-poster (as opposed to article writer) who has created a (if not more than one) false identity in order to “Star” his own articles!!!!!!

(He and those concerned shall know who he and/or they are).

My writing and opinion deserve no more or less than the recognition they get.

That’s all, and I’m quite happy with that. That is of no importance.

I’ve had more than my share of “Stars” on this site. More than most people. I can’t complain.
My thanks to those who have appreciated my words.

But that’s not why I joined this site.

And that is also why I have written to the site to ask that they take away my “Regional Editor” “Badge”. I’m just not motivated any more. I do what I think is right. I protect my friends, my culture.

I CAME HERE TO MEET PEOPLE, TO MAKE FRIENDS, TO WRITE TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. I DID NOT COME HERE FOR ALL THIS ABUSE AND NEGATIVITY.

(To think that I was so naive as to write articles like “Muslims and the West – the Blame Game”. You know, about how people and cultures should meet? Stop the hate and animosity?)
Wow!! That’ll teach me to be so cool!!!!!)

I’ve had enough of this circus.

So don’t comment or star this article if you don’t want to. I couldn’t care less.

I’m beginning to think that I should just stay in the West. It may not be perfect, but the rest is looking really scary to me....
